Arb Engineering System

Our shop is located at Plot No. 122 in Phase-II of the GIDC. If you’ve ever been to a GIDC area, you know exactly what it looks like. Lots of warehouses, trucks parked everywhere, and a lot of dust in the air. We’ve been at this plot for quite some time now. We handle various engineering systems here, mostly dealing with mechanical parts and some assembly work. The building is a simple concrete structure with high ceilings to keep it a bit cooler, though it doesn't help much in the middle of May. We have a regular routine of checking the machines and going through the work orders every morning. The staff is mostly local guys who have worked in GIDC for a long time. We don't have a big HR department or any corporate policies. We just talk to each other and get things done. Sometimes the water supply is a bit patchy, so we keep some tanks filled up just in case. We have some heavy lifting equipment for the bigger parts, and it makes a lot of noise when it's running. The roads in Phase-II can be a bit rough after the rains, but the delivery trucks still manage to get through. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on finishing the orders on time so people know they can rely on us. It’s how we’ve kept going at Plot 122 for years.
