Apex Alloys Steel Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 413/2 in Phase IV of the G.I.D.C. Estate in Naroda. This is a massive industrial area, and we have been part of the G.I.D.C. landscape for some time. We deal mostly with alloy steel, which means our warehouse is full of heavy bars and tubes. The scale of things here is a bit larger than a small street shop, but we still run things with a local mindset. It gets incredibly dusty in Naroda, especially when the wind picks up across the estate. Our building is a big metal shed, basically. It’s hot in the summer and can get quite drafty when it rains. We don't have any marketing brochures or polished sales pitches. Most of our work comes from word of mouth within the industrial circles. The guys on the floor are the ones who really keep the place running, moving heavy loads with the crane and keeping track of the different grades of steel. It’s a lot of paperwork sometimes, trying to keep the batches straight, but we do our best. We aren't corporate types in suits. Most of us are in work boots and grease-stained shirts. It’s honest, hard work in a busy industrial hub. We just want to get the orders right and out the door on time without making any unnecessary mistakes.
