Anup Steel Traders

Anup Steel Traders is located at Plot No-29 in the Sardar Patel Estate. We are pretty easy to find if you head near the Hari Om Weight Bridge in Odhav. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by trucks and heavy machinery all day. Our yard is filled with steel of all shapes and sizes. It’s a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up in Odhav, but that’s the nature of the steel trade. We spend our time loading and unloading materials. The weight bridge nearby is a landmark we use to tell people where we are. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us near the stacks of iron or in the small cabin we use as an office. We don't use big marketing terms to describe what we do. We just buy and sell steel. It’s about knowing the weights and the grades and getting the right stuff to the right person. We’ve been at this plot for years and we know the rhythms of the estate well. Lunch is usually something quick before the next truck arrives. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now. We don't promise anything impossible; we just provide the steel that's requested. That’s how we keep things going here. It is a simple business based on weight and trust.
