Angel Education Centre

We are over in the Gomtipur area, situated on the first floor of the Rajabhai Complex. If you are walking through Popatiyawad or Rajpur, you will eventually run into our building. It is an older building but it stays sturdy. The neighborhood is very lively and there is always something going on in the streets below us. We have been here at Angel Education Centre for quite a while now. The rooms are not very big, so we have to keep the batches small so everyone can actually sit down. It is mostly just local families who send their children here. I usually spend my time sitting at the front desk near the entrance. The walls have some old charts on them that have started to yellow a bit over the years. We keep a water cooler in the corner because it gets really stuffy in Gomtipur during the month of May. It is a humble place and we do not have air conditioning or fancy chairs. Just standard wooden benches and a couple of fans that hum pretty loudly when they are on high speed. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit in this part of town, so we just wait it out until the lights come back on. It is a real community spot where everyone knows each other’s names. We do not try to be anything other than a local study center for the kids around Rajpur who need a quiet place.
