Our office is located in room 1015 of the Anand Mangal Iii building. We are right across the street from Core House in the Ambavadi area. Being up on the tenth floor gives us a nice view of the city, even if we are usually too busy to actually stop and look out the window. We mostly handle the export side of pharmaceutical products here. This job involves a lot of tedious paperwork and spending time on the phone with customs people. It can be a real headache some days, but we have been doing it long enough that we know the tricks. Novamed Exports is just a small team of us working together. We have a few computers and cabinets full of green folders. The building gets very crowded in the mornings when everyone is trying to use the elevators at the same time. Most of us just bring a lunch box and eat right at our desks to save time. Ambavadi is a busy part of town, and there are plenty of spots to get a tea if we need a quick break. We do not have any big corporate slogans or fancy speeches. We just focus on making sure the shipments get on the right boats and planes. Sometimes things get stuck at the port and we have to work late to fix it. That is just part of being in the export business and we handle it.
