A.M. Primary School

A.M. Primary School is tucked away in Row House 40, right in the Gopal Nagar Society area near Chamunda Nagar. We are located near N H No 8 in Bapunagar, Ahmedabad. The school has been part of this neighborhood for a good while now. Most days start pretty early here. You can hear the kids arriving when the sun is still low. It’s a busy spot, especially with the main road so close by. We have a small setup, just the row house really, but it works for what we do. The classrooms are simple. There is always a lot of noise during recess, which is expected. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many children running around, there is always a bit of chalk dust or a stray notebook somewhere. Parents stop by the gate to chat or drop off lunch boxes they forgot. Bapunagar is a crowded part of Ahmedabad, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. Traffic on the highway can get loud in the afternoons. We just go about our business of teaching the basics. It’s not a fancy building with a huge playground, but it’s where the local kids come to learn their ABCs. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud in the summer. We make do with what we have and focus on getting through the lessons before the final bell rings and everyone heads home to their families.
