Akshita Pharma Tech

Our place, Akshita Pharma Tech, is tucked away at 79, Ashapura Estate. It's right by Ramol Char Rasta, behind Phase-4 in the G.I.D.C. area of Vatva. If you’ve ever been to Vatva, you know it’s a lot of industrial activity and trucks moving in and out all the time. We fit right in with that. The workshop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we’ve got all our tools and machines set up exactly how we need them. We spend our days working on pharma tech stuff, which mostly means a lot of measuring and checking parts. It’s dusty work sometimes because of the location, but we keep the inside as clean as we can. The guys here have been working together for a few years now, so we have a rhythm. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing people. Most of our day is just spent on the shop floor or handling the logistics of getting things delivered. Sometimes the traffic at Ramol Char Rasta gets backed up, which can be a headache for our morning commute. But once we’re inside the estate, it’s just us and the work. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the jobs we have lined up for the week. It’s a practical life, and we take pride in just getting the orders finished without any fuss or drama.
