A.K Placements Pvt Ltd is our company. If you are looking for our address, we usually tell people it is written in the resume they have in their hands. We do things a bit differently because we are often on the move or working with people directly in their own spaces. We have an office, but we don't really use it for people to just walk in off the street without an appointment. Most of our work involves looking at resumes and finding the right jobs for people who really need them. We have been doing this for a long time now. It started out very small, just a few of us trying to help our friends and family find work in the city. Now it has grown a bit, but we still keep that same personal feeling. We don't use any fancy corporate talk or make those big promises you see in ads. We just look at what a person can actually do and where they might fit best. It is a lot of reading and calling people back on the phone. Sometimes it takes a long time to find the right match, but we don't mind the wait at all. We keep all our files organized by hand mostly. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We are based out of a regular room with some desks and a lot of paper. People know us for being honest about what is available. We don't try to polish things up.
