Airtel Enterprise Service

You can find us at 5/B Ravikunj Society, right on the road that leads to St. Xavier’s School in Naranpura. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad. We work on the enterprise side of things for Airtel. Basically, we help businesses with their connections. It’s a lot of technical talk and fixing things that go wrong. The office is often full of cables and spare parts. We aren't a retail shop, so we don't have a lot of people coming in to buy phones. It's more about the back-end stuff. The team here is small but we’ve worked together for a long time. We know the streets around Naranpura like the back of our hands. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes when a big system goes down. We just do what we can to get things running again. The building is an old society house converted into an office. It’s got a bit of character. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. It’s practical and it works for us. We're just a local branch doing our part in the city. We don't have time for fancy talk, we just focus on the wires and keeping things connected.
