Adyam Confectionery Llp

Adyam Confectionery is right in the middle of the Changodar Industrial Estate. It is a noisy place with a lot of factories around, but it works for us. We spend our days dealing with sugar, flavors, and packaging. The air in our unit usually smells like whatever we are making that day, which is one of the better parts of the job. It is hard work, though. Standing on your feet all day near the cooling belts and the wrapping machines takes a toll. We are a small team, and everyone does a bit of everything. If a machine jams, we fix it ourselves. If a shipment needs to be loaded, we all pitch in. We don't have a fancy front office or a receptionist. Most people who come by are truck drivers or suppliers. We have been in Changodar for a while now and we have seen the estate grow. Our goal is just to make sweets that people like to eat. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. We just focus on the recipes and making sure the quality is okay before the boxes go out. Sometimes the humidity in Gujarat makes the candy sticky, and we have to adjust how we work, but we are used to those kinds of problems. It’s a simple life of making treats and keeping the production line moving as best as we can.
