Our office is situated at H/406 on the 4th floor of the Navjivan Flats in Vatva. It might seem a bit unusual to have a pharma office in a flat complex, but it works well for us. Since we are on the 4th floor, we get a bit of a view of the surrounding Vatva area, though mostly it’s just other buildings and the street below. There isn't an elevator in this part of the building, so we get plenty of exercise walking up and down the stairs every day. The office itself is basically a converted apartment, so it has a very lived-in, comfortable feel to it. We have desks in the main rooms and use the other spaces for storage and files. It’s a private limited company, but because of the setting, it feels very local and low-key. We don't have visitors very often, so it’s usually just our small team working quietly. We handle the paperwork, talk to suppliers on the phone, and keep track of our stocks. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing in the hallway, which adds to the domestic atmosphere. We like it this way because it’s not as stiff as a big office building. We just do our work, drink our coffee, and make sure we don't forget to lock the main gate when we leave. It's a quiet way to get things done.
