A@d Import Export Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Navarangapura. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been here for quite some time. The office is where we handle all the logistics of importing and exporting various goods. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us working together. Navarangapura is a busy place with lots of other businesses around us. We see the same faces every day at the local tea shop. The work itself can be a bit repetitive, checking invoices and making sure the shipping containers are on schedule. But it is what we know. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just try to make sure the customers get what they ordered. The office is filled with the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We keep our files organized in old metal cabinets. It might not look like much to an outsider, but it works for us. We have had to learn the ins and outs of the trade by just doing it every day. There wasn't really a handbook. Sometimes things go wrong with a shipment and we have to spend the whole day on the phone fixing it. That is just part of the business. We take it as it comes. Usually, we wrap things up around 7 PM and head home. The traffic can be bad, but you get used to it after a while.
