Acc Refractories

Our shop is Acc Refractories, and we are tucked away in Shivshakti Appartment, specifically Shop Number 2. This is over on Hirawadi Road in the Saijpur Bogha area. If you find the Bajrang Ashram, we are right behind it, not too far from Mahavir Nagar Road. It is a busy little corner of the world. Dealing with refractory materials is heavy, dusty work, so the shop usually has a bit of grit on the floor no matter how much we sweep. We handle things that go into furnaces and high-heat spots, so everything we touch is pretty solid and heavy. It is mostly just a couple of us here managing the inventory and taking orders from people in the neighborhood or nearby industries. The space is a bit cramped because of all the stock we have to keep on hand. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to hear the birds outside. It is just a practical space where we keep our supplies and talk to customers who know what they need. Living and working around Saijpur Bogha means we see the same faces quite a bit. We open up in the morning, check what needs to be delivered, and try to stay ahead of the schedule. It is hard work, but it keeps us busy. We sometimes have to move the delivery truck a few times because the street gets blocked by other vendors. We just do our best with the space we have.
