Abhay Academy

Abhay Academy is at 105 Swatrantya Senani Nagar in New Vadaj. We are located right opposite Akhabar Nagar, so we’re not hard to find if you’re in that part of Ahmedabad. It’s a fairly quiet residential area, which makes it a good spot for an academy. Our building is a standard house that we’ve converted into a learning space. It doesn’t look like a corporate office, and we prefer it that way. Inside, we have rooms set up with benches and boards for the students. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and we know most of the families in the neighborhood. We don’t really go for big marketing campaigns. Most of our students come to us because they live nearby or their friends told them about our classes. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. Teaching and making sure the kids understand their school subjects is what we focus on most. Sometimes it gets a bit busy when classes are changing over, but it’s generally a peaceful environment. Rules aren't a big thing here, just that everyone needs to be in their seat to learn. The simple approach to education usually works best. It’s not about having the flashiest building, it’s about what happens inside the classroom. Being a small part of the New Vadaj community is something we're happy with. Every day, the doors open and we just get to work with the students.
