Abc Montessori Pre School

You can find us at Gf1-Gf2 in the Bhagwat Complex. It’s right in the middle of Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad - 380061. Being on the ground floor makes it really easy for parents to drop their kids off and head to work. Abc Montessori Pre School isn't a giant institution; we are more like a small family unit. We have two main rooms where the kids spend their time. We’ve painted the walls ourselves and put up the alphabet charts. Every morning, we sweep the entrance and set out the toys. The Montessori method we use is pretty straightforward—we just give the kids the tools and let them figure things out. We don’t spend money on big advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors in the complex or on the next street over. Life in Ahmedabad is fast, but inside these walls, we try to slow things down for the little ones. We spend a lot of time on the floor playing along with them. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb flickers, and we just fix it and move on. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want the kids to be happy and learn a few things before they go home to their parents at lunch. We like the way things are here and the parents seem to like it too.
