It’s a quiet enough spot for a school. Being in a colony like Chatur Bhuj means we are surrounded by houses and local families. It’s not like those big industrial schools you see sometimes. We have a smaller, more personal feel to the place. The building is simple and we keep it as tidy as we can. Kankaria is a nice part of the city to be in, and we like the atmosphere around here. We don't have any big slogans or fancy mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in and start the school day. There are always children playing or learning, and the staff is usually busy with one thing or another. We’ve got our rooms set up for different activities. It's a very practical way of doing things. Sometimes the gate squeaks and the floors need a good scrub, but that’s just part of running a school. We are just regular people working in a local neighborhood. If you walk through Gordhanwadi Tekra, you’ll eventually stumble upon us. We’ve been at this address for a while and we plan to stay. It’s a good place for A School to be.
