A R Engineering Works/R A Enterprises

Our workshop is at L 195 in the Gidc Estate in Odhav. It’s right near the big water tank, which is the easiest way to tell people how to find us. We go by A R Engineering Works or R A Enterprises, depending on which side of the business we are talking about, but it’s all the same group of us here. The Gidc estate is a noisy, dusty place, and our shop is no different. We have machines running, tools clanking, and there is usually a bit of oil on the floor. It’s a proper engineering works. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning; we mostly spend our time on the floor getting things fixed or fabricated. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our overalls, probably busy with a lathe or a welding job. We handle all sorts of mechanical repairs and part making for the other factories around here. It’s not the kind of work you can do from a desk. We’ve been in Odhav for years and we know the local rhythms of the industrial estate. We don't have a website that looks like a movie, and we don't have a marketing guy. We just have our tools and our experience. If a job comes in, we look at it, tell you if we can do it, and then we get to it. It’s simple, honest manual labor and technical skill. We just try to get the jobs done right the first time.
