A Montessori Pre School

A Montessori Pre School is based in the Mahilal Park Society, right off Bhairavnath Road in Maninagar. It is a quiet little corner of Ahmedabad compared to the main roads, which makes it a nice spot for a school for small children. We have been operating here for some time now, and we have become a familiar sight for the people living in the society. The school is set up with the usual Montessori materials, though we don't make a big deal about the terminology. It is just about letting the kids explore and learn at their own pace in a safe environment. The rooms are bright and filled with all sorts of things for the children to pick up and play with. Every morning, the parents drop their kids off, and you can hear the chatter starting up. We have a small outdoor area where they can get some fresh air when the weather is not too hot. The staff here are patient people who have a lot of experience dealing with the ups and downs of toddlers and young children. Being in Mahilal Park Society means we are part of a neighborhood, so we try to be mindful of our neighbors. It is not a huge institution, just a local preschool doing its best to provide a steady routine for the kids. We don't have any corporate backing or fancy slogans, just a lot of heart and a lot of daily cleaning.
