Our office is down in the basement at Shop B/1, Block 31 in Sanjay Place. It’s a very busy commercial hub in the city. Since we are in the basement, we don't have any windows to the outside world. We rely on some pretty bright lights to keep the place from feeling too dark. Sanjay Place is always crowded with people looking for various services. We fit right in with all the other shops and offices. We handle networking and different kinds of computer infrastructure. The space is filled with racks, servers, and a lot of tangled wires. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know exactly where every cable goes. We don’t have much room for a break area, so we usually just stand around outside for a bit. The noise from the street above filters down sometimes. We have some old desks that are scratched up from years of use. It’s a very practical workspace. We aren't worried about looking fancy for anyone. Most of our clients just care that we get their systems working. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and fixing things. It’s a tough, fast-paced environment but we’re used to it. We’ve been here for years and the shop has become like a second home to us. It gets hot in the summer but the basement stays relatively cool.
