Arrayexperts

We are based at 91 Sector 3A in Sikandra, Agra. It's a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main tourist spots. Arrayexperts is basically just a group of us working out of this space. The building isn't anything special, just a regular place where we can keep our computers and desks. Agra can get really dusty, so we are always wiping down the monitors. We don't have a big corporate sign or a flashy entrance. Most of our day is spent looking at code or talking about projects over a cup of tea. It’s a simple setup. We have some chairs that don't match and a clock that's five minutes fast. We’ve been in this sector for a while, so we know the local shops and the guy who brings the snacks in the afternoon. It’s not a high-pressure corporate office with people in ties. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on the screens. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in Agra. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the tasks we have for that day, and go home to our families. It’s a practical way to run things. We like it being low-key like this. It makes the day go by easier when you aren't pretending to be something you're not.
