Quark City India Pvt. Ltd. is based out in Dhaurra village, which you find by going through Etmadpur in the Agra district. It’s a very different environment than being in a big city center, but we like the slower pace we have here. Our location at Vill. + Post Dhaurra might seem a bit far out for some people, but it’s where we do most of our work. Being in Uttar Pradesh, especially in this part of Agra with the 283202 pin code, gives us a very different way of looking at the world. We don't have those massive glass and steel buildings you see in the bigger cities. We just have a very practical setup that lets us focus on what we are doing without all the noise. It is honest work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or we have to deal with power cuts, but we just work around it and keep going. Most of the local people know us by now and stop to say hello. We aren't trying to pretend to be a giant global corporation. We just run our daily operations from this village post office area. It’s a simple life in the office. We don't have long, boring meetings or use a lot of big words. We just talk to each other, figure out the plan for the day, and then we get to it. That’s how it works here.
