Penfosys

Penfosys is a bit of an interesting setup because we are split between two places. One part of us is with Captain Siddhart Patnaik at the BEG & Centre in Kirkee, Pune. The other part is over in Agra, specifically at F 207 in Kamala Nagar, pin 282004. It’s a bit of a distance between the two, but we make it work. We aren't a typical company that stays in one spot. Having a presence in both Pune and Agra means we see a lot of different things. In Kirkee, it’s more of a military area feel, very orderly. Then in Agra, Kamala Nagar is a whole different vibe. We handle whatever comes our way at Penfosys. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls. We just have our spaces where we get things done. It’s practical and it suits us. Sometimes it’s a bit of a juggle managing things between Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, but that’s just our reality. We don't use a lot of polished language or corporate talk. We are just people working in two different cities. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Whether we are in Pune or Agra, we try to keep things simple. It’s a basic way of doing business, and we’re quite alright with how things are going.
