Vk Hair Salon

Vk Hair Salon is located in Prem Nagar, right on the Shahganj Bodla Road here in Agra. It's a pretty busy stretch of road with lots of people moving about. We aren't in a big mall or any fancy building. It's just a local shop on the ground floor near the street. We've been serving the people around Shah Ganj for a good amount of time now. The shop is quite small. We have the usual mirrors, a couple of adjustable chairs, and our scissors and trimmers. It’s mostly just neighborhood guys coming in for their regular maintenance. They come for a haircut or to get their beard shaped up before an event. Sometimes the kids come in after their school is finished. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few posters of different hair styles that have been there for years. People don't come here for the decor anyway. They come because it's convenient and they know us by now. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the place cool enough during the hot Agra summers. We open up early in the morning and stay late. On Sundays, there’s usually a bit of a wait, so people just stand outside on the pavement and chat. It’s just a regular hair cutting shop for the local community. We don't use any expensive products, just the standard stuff. It’s a straightforward business. We like the people here in Prem Nagar.
