We are located in Agra, specifically at 5D/2/3, Ramjeet Nagar on Albatiya Road. If you walk past our place, you can usually smell whatever we are working on that day. Tar Spices Private Limited is a local operation here in the Shahganj area. It is not a high-tech laboratory; it is more of a busy workshop where things get weighed and packed into bags. The floors usually have a thin layer of dust from the spices, and everyone working here probably smells like cumin or chili by the time they go home. We are not into fancy marketing or advertising. We just buy the raw materials, process them, and send them out to the markets. Agra is famous for the Taj Mahal, but for us, it is all about the bustle of Shahganj and the traffic on Albatiya Road. We use old manual scales sometimes alongside the digital ones because that is how we have always done it. The team is just a handful of local people who know their way around a heavy sack of grain. We do not have a boardroom or a strict dress code. Usually, it is just us in our regular clothes, trying to stay cool when the sun hits the front of the building.
