You can find us at the K. V. Building, number 8/484, right in Hing Ki Mandi. It’s a very busy market area, as anyone who lives nearby can tell you. There is always something happening outside our door. We’ve been working out of this space for quite a few years. It’s an older building with a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy bags. We deal with exports, so there’s always a lot of stuff being packed into boxes. The room is usually full of tape, paper, and different items waiting to be shipped out. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three different people are trying to load things at once. We know all the other shop owners around here, so there’s always someone to chat with if you step outside for a minute. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but we know where everything is kept. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just have the space for more stock. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but it’s home for the business. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The Mandi is loud but it has its own rhythm that we've grown to like. We just keep packing and keep moving along every day.
