Ad Exports

You can find Ad Exports over at 1/195 in Civil Lines. It’s an older part of town with a lot of history, and we like being situated here. Our building has been through a lot of seasons. The rooms have high ceilings which helps keep it cool, but we still use the old fans a lot. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the entrance. Most of the work we do involves a lot of back-and-forth emails with people overseas. It’s a lot of waiting sometimes. We have a small crew. Some of the staff have been with us since we started. We sit around the main table to discuss the day's tasks over tea. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule; we just stay until the work for the day is finished. Sometimes that means staying late if a shipment is delayed. The address is easy to find once you get into the Civil Lines area. We handle the exports ourselves, from the first inquiry to the final load. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this business, so the desks are usually covered in forms and folders. We don't use a lot of high-tech gadgets, just what we need to get by. It’s a practical way to run a business. We know our regulars well and they know how we work. It is a honest living for all of us.
