You can find us at 04 Vatsalya in Daulatganj. We are right across from the Kenera Bank, so it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in Ghee Mandi. Shri Mahavir Flour Mills India Private Limited has been around this part of town for a bit. It’s usually loud here because of the milling, but we don’t mind the noise anymore. The dust from the flour gets everywhere, no matter how much we sweep. That’s just part of the job when you’re dealing with grain all day. We start the machines early in the morning. It's a heavy kind of work, lifting bags and making sure everything is okay before anything goes out. It isn't a glamorous job, but it feels good to see the finished product. The Ghee Mandi area is always packed with people and carts, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache sometimes. We just deal with it as it comes.
