B L Roller Flour Mills (P) Ltd. is located over at Plot No. B-9-12 in Site-1 of the Upsidc Industrial Estate. We are out in Haripur, near Jalalabad. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses, so it’s a lot of trucks and heavy machinery moving around all day. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where we need to be for the type of work we do. The facility covers a few plots, so there is enough room for the equipment and for the staff to move around. We have been here in Haripur for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the layout of the estate. It can be a bit dusty and loud, but that is just the nature of the business. Most of the people working here live nearby in Jalalabad or the surrounding villages, so we have a good group of locals on the team. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a big office block. It’s mostly just the mill and a small area where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy when it rains, but we just deal with it and keep the machines running whenever we can. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of attention, and we try to stay on top of things as best as we can without making things too complicated.
