Shree Nath Ji Traders

I've been here at Shop No-4 in Sikarwar Market for a good while now. It’s right across from Ganpati Apartments in Kandari, so we see a lot of people coming and going from those buildings every single day. My name is on the sign for Shree Nath Ji Traders, but most folks just know me as the guy who’s always behind the counter. The market gets pretty crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is getting home from work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside and I have to spend half the morning just wiping down the shelves again. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular shop where we try to keep everything in order. The neighboring shopkeepers and I usually have tea together when things are quiet. The Ganpati Apartments folks are mostly nice, they stop by for small things they forgot to buy elsewhere. I spend a lot of time checking the stock and talking to the delivery guys who manage to squeeze their trucks into the narrow market space. It's a lot of work keeping up with what people need, and sometimes I get the orders a bit mixed up, but we figure it out eventually. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise that I’ve been meaning to fix for months, but you just get used to it after a while. That’s just how it is here in Kandari.
