You can find Sandeep Enterprises at Plot No. 24/223 in Loha Mandi. We are quite close to the Lohamandi Chauraha, which is a very busy intersection with lots of trucks and carts. Being in the iron market means there is always a lot of heavy lifting and noise. Our plot isn't the biggest, but we make use of every inch of it to store our goods. It’s a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up at the chauraha, but we don’t mind it much. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We know the regulars who come through Loha Mandi and they know us. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of us working to get the orders out on time. We don't use any complicated systems, just some ledgers and a lot of memory. If the phone rings, someone just shouts for the person who needs to answer it. It’s a very informal way of working, but it has served us well so far. Sometimes the traffic at the crossroads makes it hard for our trucks to get out, so we have to plan our timing carefully. We just keep things simple and focus on the stock we have. It’s a straightforward business in a part of town that never really sleeps. We are just glad to be a part of the local trade and keep things moving. We do our work and go home.
