Our office is in a building that has been around for decades, and it has that old-world feel with high windows and thick walls. We are a small team, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so there’s no need for formal meetings or big reports. We just get on with the work that needs doing. Sometimes the rain causes minor leaks in the old roof, and we have to move our stacks of paper around, but we manage just fine. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job well and keep the business running from this little corner of the city. It’s a steady life for us.
