S. L. Maheshwari & Sons

We are over at Sanjay Palace in Agra. You can find us at Block No. 33, Shop No. 18. We are situated right opposite the LIC Building, which is a big help when people are trying to find the shop for the first time. It is a family-run business, S. L. Maheshwari & Sons. We have been in Sanjay Place for a long time now. The area is almost always crowded with people and cars, but that is just how it is in this part of Agra. We sell things from the shop and deal with customers throughout the day. It is a small space, but we keep it packed with whatever we are currently trading. There is quite a bit of history in this shop. We have seen many other businesses come and go in Sanjay Palace while we have managed to stay put right here. Our days are mostly spent talking to the people who walk in and keeping a close eye on our stock levels. It is not fancy work, but it is what our family has done for years. We don't have any polished corporate lines to give out. We just open up the shop every morning and wait for the first customer to arrive. Sometimes it is very quiet, and other times everyone seems to come in all at once. Being across from the LIC building means there are always people walking by our door. We just try to keep things simple and honest.
