Our company is based in the town of Sikandra, which is part of the Kanpur Dehat district. We’ve been operating out of this area for quite some time, focusing on different types of infrastructure projects like roads and small buildings. Our office is a modest building right in the heart of town. It’s often filled with the sound of people talking over plans or the hum of a printer. We have a lot of equipment that we keep in a yard nearby, so you might see our trucks moving through the streets of Sikandra. We are a local team, and most of us grew up in this district. We understand how things work around here and the challenges of building in this terrain. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and our records. We don't use any complicated jargon or marketing slogans. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes the weather makes the work difficult, especially when the rains come and turn everything to mud, but we just wait it out or find a way around it. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss. It’s a quiet life in Kanpur Dehat, but we keep busy with the work that needs to be finished. We usually have tea together in the mornings before heading out.
