G L Enterprises is located at Plot No. 61/3 in Transport Nagar. We are right near the Rajasthan Transport office. If you have ever been to Transport Nagar, you know it is a place full of big trucks, dust, and a lot of noise. Our spot is no different. We deal with various things related to the transport business. Sometimes it is spare parts, other times it is helping with the loads. The yard is usually full of crates and old tires. It’s not a pretty place, but it’s where the work happens. My clothes are almost always stained with some kind of grease or dirt. We don't spend much time in the office because there is always something to do outside. The sun beats down on the metal roofs and it gets quite warm. We have a small tea stall nearby where we take our breaks. You meet all kinds of drivers from all over the country here. They have some interesting stories to tell while they wait for their trucks to be ready. We just try to keep things moving. It is a tough environment but we are used to it. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We are just workers who know the transport line and try to do an honest day's work. It’s busy, it’s loud, and it’s what we do. We don't have a website or anything, people just know we are here at the plot. It’s just how things are around here.
