Our place, Limitless Crafts Pvt. Ltd., is out on Plot No. 57 in Dushyant Nagar. It’s located right along the Sikandra Bolda Road. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the city center, which actually suits us fine for the kind of craft work we handle. We have a lot of stuff going on inside at any given time. There are boxes, materials, and tools scattered around because we are always in the middle of some project or another. It’s not the kind of office where everything is perfectly in its place, but we know where everything is. People sometimes think "Pvt. Ltd." means we are a big corporate entity, but we’re really just a small group of people who like making things. We spend our days working on the Sikandra Bolda Road site, making sure orders get packed and sent out. The road outside gets dusty in the summer, but it’s a direct route for the delivery trucks. We don’t really do big advertising campaigns. Most people find out about us because they need something specific and someone told them we could probably do it. We focus more on the actual work than on looking important. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps our stress levels down for the most part. Every day brings a different set of tasks, and we just take them as they come without making a big fuss about it.
