Rock Land Traders

Our shop is G-9 in the S-20 block of Sanjay Place. It is a very busy commercial hub here in Agra. If you have ever tried to find a parking spot here around noon, you know exactly how crowded and chaotic it gets. We are traders, mostly dealing with bulk supplies for other businesses. The shop is more of an office and a small storage space than a place for regular shoppers. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, mostly filled with boxes of stock. It is just three of us running the whole operation. We have known each other for a long time, so we get along well enough, even when we have arguments about the accounts or where the shipments are. We spend a lot of our day drinking chai and talking to the various vendors who drop by to see us. The ceiling fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that we have all just learned to ignore over the years. Sanjay Place is a good spot for business because everyone else is nearby. If we need a specific part or some paper, we just walk a couple of blocks down. We do not have a website or any fancy marketing. We just rely on our regular customers and whoever happens to walk in. It is a simple way of working, but it has served us well.
