Our business is over in Shastripuram, which is just a short distance from the Sikandra area. It is a good neighborhood and we have been settled here for some time now. We mainly focus on making besan. The building we work in is simple and doesn't have any fancy decorations or signs. We just have our equipment and a place to store the grain. Every day starts about the same way, with us getting the machines ready and checking the stock. It is a lot of manual work, moving heavy sacks and making sure the flour is ground just right. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. We are just local people who know how to run a mill. The air in the shop is often thick with the smell of gram flour, which we have grown to like. People from the Shastripuram and Sikandra areas know us well and often stop by to chat or pick up what they need. We have had our share of ups and downs, like any small business, but we keep going. We aren't trying to be famous or huge. We just want to provide for our families and be a part of the local community. It is honest, simple work that keeps us occupied from morning till night. That is really all there is to it. We are just a local mill in a familiar place.
