If you find yourself wandering around Braj Vihar in Agra, you might see our sign. R C D C S S V M G H School is located at 5D/67B, right in the Laxmi Puaram area of Albatiya. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, but the locals just know us as the school around the corner. We have a lot of students packed into our rooms every day. The building is part of the neighborhood, so it feels very connected to the people living nearby. 282001 is the pin code here if you're looking for us on a map. Inside, you’ll find the usual setup of wooden benches and blackboards. Some of the rooms get a lot of light in the morning which is nice, but it can get quite warm in the afternoons during the Agra summers. We try to keep things orderly, but with so many kids, there is always some level of noise and movement. The teachers have their own small area to sit and check homework when they aren't in front of a class. It’s a basic place, really. We focus on getting through the books and making sure the exams are handled properly. Sometimes we have small events in the courtyard, but mostly it’s just the daily routine of bells and lessons. People from all over Albatiya send their children here because we’ve been part of the landscape for a long time.
