Our place is located on the first floor over at Ram Chowk in Kamla Nagar. The address is B-504C, but finding the stairs can be a little tricky if you are not really looking for them. We handle a variety of food and drinks here. Agra is a very busy city, and being right in Kamla Nagar means there is always some kind of noise or activity going on outside our windows. For us, it is mostly just about the daily work. We spend a lot of time checking our inventory and making sure all the kitchen equipment is running the way it should. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets to be a bit much, especially in the summer months. We started this whole thing because we wanted to have something of our own. It is not a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few rooms where we get everything done and sent out. We do not really go in for big advertisements or social media stuff. Most of the people who know us just live nearby or work in the other shops around the chowk. We try hard to keep the floors swept and the orders moving along. It is not always easy to keep every single thing in line, but we have gotten used to the pace of it. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. We are there every day.
