Panchratan Hotel & Restaurant

Our hotel and restaurant is located in Agra at 27/114, Sanjay Palace Road. We are right in the Sanjay Place area, which is a big commercial hub in the city. The Income Tax Office is directly opposite us, so we see a lot of office workers and people coming in to do their government paperwork. It’s a very busy part of the 282002 area, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out for lunch. We have been here for a good number of years now. Most of our routine involves getting the dining room ready for the lunch rush when the offices empty out. We aren't a big chain, just a local hotel that has been around the block a few times. The building has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been working in Agra for a long time. We don't have any big speeches about what we do or why we do it; we just show up, open the doors, and start cooking. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when everyone comes in at once and wants to be served fast, but we manage somehow. In the evenings, things quiet down a bit as the offices close, and that’s when we catch up on cleaning and maintenance work. It is a practical business in a very practical part of town. We are just here doing our job on Sanjay Palace Road.
