Hotel Smart View Inn & Restaurant

We are over in Bodla, specifically on Pashchimpuri Road inside Pushp Deep Enclave. Agra is a big city but this part feels a bit more like a regular neighborhood once you get off the main roads. The restaurant is on the ground floor and that’s where most of the noise comes from because people like to come in for lunch and dinner. Sometimes the smell of spices drifts up into the rooms which I guess is okay if you are hungry. The building itself is tucked away a little bit so it isn't as loud as being right on the highway. We have been here in Bodla for a good while and the people living in the enclave know us pretty well. The rooms have basic stuff, nothing you wouldn't find at home, and we try to keep the linens clean. Pashchimpuri Road gets a lot of local traffic, so sometimes it takes a minute to pull out of the driveway in the morning. We don't have a big fancy lobby with statues or anything like that, just a desk and some chairs for waiting. If you need anything the guys in the kitchen are usually around and can help out. It's a family-run kind of thing so it’s not very formal here. Most people who stay with us are just visiting relatives in Agra or are here for a wedding nearby. It’s a plain place but it works for what it is.
