You can find New Morden Hair Salon right in the middle of the Main Bazar in Khandari. Agra can be a very busy place, and this market is no exception. We’ve been operating out of this shop for a while. It’s a straightforward hair salon. We handle haircuts, shaves, and the usual stuff you’d expect. The name says "Morden," but we keep things pretty traditional in how we treat our customers. It’s a small space, but we make it work. Most of our clients are people who work in the other shops around the bazar or live in the nearby houses. We see a lot of the same faces every month. I think people like coming here because we don't rush them out the door, even if there's a line. We listen to what they want and do our best with the scissors. The street outside is always loud with bikes and people shouting, but once someone sits down, it’s just about the haircut. We don't use any high-end marketing tricks. The shop is simple, with some mirrors and a few old chairs that are still comfortable. My brother works with me here. We open early in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night. It’s hard work, but it keeps us going. We’re just local people serving our local community in Khandari. We hope to stay here for many more years to come and keep our regular customers happy.
