New Mode Craft Hair Saloon

We are over at A-14 in Shanti Dham Market. It's right on the Khandari Bye Pass Road here in Agra. The shop name is New Mode Craft Hair Saloon, but most people just call it the hair shop. We’ve been cutting hair in this spot for several years. It's mostly men and boys from the Khandari area who come by. We have those old-style barber chairs that are actually quite comfortable. The mirrors are a bit old, but they work fine. We do basic haircuts, shaves, and maybe a head massage if someone asks for it. It gets really crowded on Sunday mornings when everyone is off work. You might have to wait on the bench outside if it's full. We keep a few old newspapers around to help pass the time. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast, so we are always sweeping it up. I learned how to cut hair from my uncle, and now I run this place. It’s not a corporate chain or anything like that. Just a local shop where you can get a quick trim for a fair price. We know most of the guys who walk through the door by their first names. It’s a noisy street outside with all the bikes and trucks on the bye pass, but we stay busy inside. We are usually here from early morning until late evening, six days a week. It is just a basic shop for the local men.
