We call ourselves Messy Kitchen Food And Beverages Private Limited, and we are located in B-801, Mangalam Shila. That is right near the 100 Feet Road in Agra. Despite the name, we try to keep things as organized as we can, but a working kitchen is always going to have a bit of chaos when things are moving fast. We do a mix of different foods and drinks from this spot. The apartment complex style of the building means we have to be careful about how we run things so we do not bother the neighbors too much. Being near such a major road makes it easy for us to get supplies, which is a big help. We are not trying to be some five-star fancy establishment. We just wanted a place where we could cook and prepare beverages the way we like them. Most of our day is spent over the stove or prepping ingredients on the counters. It is a lot of chopping, stirring, and tasting. We have got a small team and we have all known each other for a while, so we work together pretty well even when the orders are piling up. Agra is a busy city and there are people eating all the time, so we just try to keep up with the pace. It is not always easy, but we enjoy the work we do here at Mangalam Shila.
