Mangal Chand & Hitender Kumar & Bros

Our business, Mangal Chand & Hitender Kumar & Bros, has been around for quite some time. We are located in the Mamulpet area, inside the Rajalaxmi Complex. Our shops are numbers 106 and 107. If you have ever been to Mamulpet, you know how narrow the lanes are and how many people are always moving about. It is a very traditional market. We deal with various goods, and our space is usually packed to the ceiling with stock. It can be hard to move around sometimes, but we know where everything is tucked away. The business is run by the family, just like the name says. We are not interested in being a big corporation. We just want to keep the shop running smoothly and serve the people who come in. There is a lot of shouting and haggling in the market outside, which is just part of the atmosphere here. We do not have air conditioning or fancy displays. It is just wooden counters and old shelves. Most of our days are spent checking inventory or drinking tea while waiting for the next delivery. We have known our neighbors in the complex for years. It is a tight-knit community of traders. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open up the shutters every morning and get to work. That is how we have always done it. It is just honest, everyday trading in a busy part of town.
