About Sri Sai Baba Bricks – Building & Construction Material in Agra
We are located right in Nagla Village, not too far from the railway bridge in the Saroda Bad district. If you are standing near the tracks, you can usually see the smoke from our kiln rising up into the sky. It has been our spot for a long time now. The work here starts pretty early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the heat becomes unbearable. Making bricks is mostly about rhythm and watching the weather. If it rains, everything stops and we have to cover the raw clay blocks with plastic sheets so they do not turn back into mud. It is a messy job, honestly. Most of us go home covered in red dust every single day. My hands are always rough from handling the finished ones. We are not some big corporate setup with fancy computers. We keep our records in a thick notebook and talk to people face to face. The local guys from the village do most of the heavy lifting. We see the trains go by all day long, and the whole ground shakes a little bit every time a heavy one passes. It is just a part of the background noise for us now. People come by with their tractors to pick up loads for new walls or houses nearby. We just point them to the stacks and start loading. It is honest work and it keeps us busy through the seasons. It is just a simple way of living.
