If you know BVK Iyengar Road you know it is one of the most crowded places in the city. We are located at number 21 in the Venkateshwara Complex right on CRS AM Lane. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you are new to the area. Our space is packed with wires and electrical components from the floor to the ceiling. We use a wobbly wooden ladder to reach the stuff on the top shelves. The air is always a bit dusty because of all the cardboard boxes moving in and out. It is not the cleanest place in the world but we know exactly where every part is kept. We do not have air conditioning so we rely on two old wall fans that just push the warm air around. You have to speak up to be heard over the noise of the rickshaws and the people shouting in the lane. We write most of our orders down in a big ledger because it is faster than using the old computer we have. My hands are usually a bit dirty from handling the stock all day. We do not spend any money on fancy furniture because it would just get ruined. We drink a lot of water and just keep working until the evening. It is a gritty part of town but it is where the real work happens.
