We are over at 27 in the New Market area of Jeoni Mandi. It stays pretty busy around here most days of the week. Most of us get in early to beat the traffic because the lanes get tight once the market fully opens up. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle all our paperwork and meet people who drop by. Being in Jeoni Mandi means there is always noise outside, mostly from the rickshaws and people moving goods back and forth. It’s a bit chaotic but that is just how this part of town is. We have been in this spot for a while now and everyone nearby knows where we are. Usually, the morning starts with tea and a quick look at what needs to get done before the afternoon rush hits. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet slows down, but we just deal with it and keep moving. Our space is filled with desks and files, mostly just stuff we need for the daily work. It gets dusty because of the open doors but that is part of working in a market. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look corporate. We just focus on the tasks at hand and making sure the day goes smoothly. It’s a simple setup and it works for what we do. If you walk past the main shops, you will find us easily enough without needing a map. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
