Sachdeva Overseas

Sachdeva Overseas is found at No. 30 Kailash Vihar on Gailana Road. This isn’t a high-rise office building or anything like that. It’s just a solid place where we get our work done. The street outside can be quite narrow, so when we have deliveries, it can be a bit of a struggle for the drivers to turn around. We’ve lived with that for years now. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of stock and a small area where we handle the paperwork. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone taping up a box or checking a list. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone or tracking where our shipments are. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around to print labels, which can be frustrating when we are in a rush. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just move goods from one place to another and try to make sure the math adds up at the end of the month. It's a local business run by people who live nearby. We know the neighbors and they know the sound of our shutters opening every morning. We don’t have a fancy vision or anything. We just want to keep the business running and make sure the orders leave Gailana Road on time. That is the daily goal here and we stick to it.
