We operate out of a small place in Village-Deonari, right near Post Sikroda in the Kiraoli tehsil of Agra. It is actually located at Raghuvir Singh’s property, which makes it feel very local and connected to the community here. Being in a village, our day-to-day is a bit different than your typical tech company. You might hear a tractor passing by or some cows in the distance while we are busy working on our systems. The office itself is just a couple of rooms that we have made functional with desks and whatever equipment we need. It is not a polished corporate environment by any means; the floors are plain concrete and we have to be careful with the power because it tends to go off quite a bit in this area. We have a big battery backup though, so we can keep working through the outages. Most of the people working here are from around this area, so there is a lot of local talk and we all know each other’s families. During lunch, we often sit outside if the weather is nice. It is a humble setup, but we get things done just as well as anyone else. We do not have any big signs or glass walls, just a solid roof and enough space to handle our business. It feels good to be working in the village instead of moving everything to the main city of Agra.
